IMMOESTIMA® is a independent quality label, born in Cannes in 2024, in the region PACA, with a strong ambition:
highlight the most reliable, competent and highly rated real estate professionals in France.
At the origin of this project, founders with over 25 years of experience in key real estate sectors :

Animation of national networks

Building on this experience, IMMOESTIMA® was designed as a concrete recognition tool, serving all trusted stakeholders:

The IMMOESTIMA® network also offers a 2-day certified training in Cannes, intended for experienced real estate professionals who wish to become a Certified IMMOESTIMA® Real Estate Appraiser in their sector.
This training allows them to deliver billable valuation or real estate appraisals, with complete legitimacy.
